Malawi, Russia, metapec suns, sand art, soccer, laughter, nostalgia, alpacas, cacti, candles, cousins, checkers, spiderman...it's all in there! In just three short weeks, we've been able to squeeze so much in!

We've spent the last five weeks learning about the US and Mexico. For art, we made Mexican metapec suns and for the south west U.S. we created sand art.

Joel and Josh are just the best of friends. They are always loving each other and sharing their things. Twins are reallyl amazing!

The boys have been playing soccer this fall. The league we are in is just our speed. It's low key and everyone has fun. Even the babies are getting in on the fun!

On a recent visit to Waynesburg, we visited and alpaca farm. Those little South American animals are so cute! Their noise is so quiet and they are incredibly soft. The kids got to feed them and pet at least one. And they observed someone spinning the alpaca wool into yarn.

Our church recently hosted Yuri and Mihail from Russia and Sister Grace from Malawi. We got to have them all over to our home during their stay. The best fun was teaching Sister Grace to play checkers. She had never played before. At a dinner one evening, Yuri and Mihail joined us. It was pure chaos with noisy kids and crying babies, and despite it all our guests still enjoyed themselves.

Having a family is an amazing journey! Everyday there is something unexpected, something crazy, something sweet, something tiring, something to ponder, something to question. . .

Boring is certainly not a word that could ever be used to describe our life together!
