Trip to Ohio and a Visit from Brookville

What a blessing family is! We are wonderfully loved by so many!

Last weekend, we had a wonderful trip to Ohio for the baby boys to meet their G.G. and their great, great Aunts Linda and Edna. G.G. loved meeting her newest great grandsons and wouldn't give up holding little Joel for anything. It was delightful to see her and Aunt Linda interacting with the little guys and loving them.

We also got to visit with Aunt Ruth, Trevor, Aunt Margie, Danielle, Aunt Amanda, Uncle Jeff and Aunt Denise.

Here's Joshua with Aunt Margie. They love getting to spend time with her and can't wait until she visits us after work sometime.

Danielle. The little guys were mesmerized by a gorgeous picture of Aunt Amanda on the wall. They just couldn't take their eyes off of her.

Danielle is a wonderful big cousin. She's great with the babies!

Cousin Trevor came over to play and visit. Joel and Josh think they can learn alot of ornery things from this fellow. Isaiah and Nathaniel had a great time with Trevor and came home singing a song he wrote. He's quite a talented guy! Aunt Ruth is a super great Aunt. She enjoyed holding the little ones and trying to guess who was who!

Aunt Denise also dropped by to see us. It is always so refreshing to spend time with her and to catch up.

After we visited at Aunt Margie's house, we stopped by the nursing home to see our dearly loved G.G., Aunt Linda and Aunt Edna. It was such a wonderful visit.

On Sunday afternoon, we were blessed to visit with Grammy and Papa Bob. It had been a long wait for them to finally meet Joel and Joshua. Joshua Robert Alton is named after Papa Bob and Alton Reitz, David's grandfather. And it just happens that the twins were born on David's great grandfather, George Reitz's birthday!

Grammy was thrilled to hold both babies at once.

Mia and Boppa also visited with us. Mia is holding Joshua and Grammy is cuddling Joel.

All of our children just love Grammy and Papa Bob. Eliza had a special affection for Papa Bob and wanted to sit on his lap alot!

Papa Bob's middle name is Thomas, so Joel also shares his middle name.
