Today we enjoyed our schoolwork. The day after Trick or Treat is a great day to work on classifying, sorting, counting, and graphing. Dumping all our booty on the table, we undertook the enormous task of sorting 617 pieces of candy. Most of that was collected in the residence halls at Waynesburg University. Thanks!!! There would have been more, but we dove into the stash last night when we got back from the Halloween parade that all the costumed kids from the area marched in. It was a ton of fun and so delightful to see all the amazing creativity in the costumes people came up with!

Any guesses on the candy we received the most of???
Lollipops - 65 pieces
Next on our list...Tootsie Rolls at 55 pieces
And in third...Whoppers with a total of 49 pieces
What a yummy project. It was a bit hard not to eat our homework, and we certainly rewarded ourselves when we were finished.
I forgot the camera at the Baily Agency last night. So pics of the kids in their costumes will come later. Thanks for checking in with us!
